Foodie Tour in San Sebastian
About
In 2005, I arrived in San Sebastian as a young chef to work at Mugaritz hungry to learn from the chefs of the region. Over the next decade, I honed my skills in Michelin Starred kitchens worldwide.
Eight years ago, I pivoted into gastronomic research at the Basque Culinary Center, where I won an award from the APF for my report ‘The Restaurant of the Future’.
Now, as the host of Pot Luck Food Talks, I delve into every aspect of food. Fueled by my passion for history, Basque cuisine and pintxos, I’ve unearthed the city’s culinary treasures, turning my hobby into a profession as a culinary guide.
